How to redeem Frankie Family Rewards
1. Click on the green Kawakawa leaf icon that says 'Earn & Redeem Points' bottom left of our site.
2. Next, click the 'Sign in' link (it's just under 'Join now’ button) and enter your login details.
3. Click the green Kawakawa leaf icon again and you’ll see any rewards that you have available.
Once you choose to use a reward it will be automatically added to your cart so don’t log out until you’ve completed your purchase.
Points last for two years - to stop points expiring, just earn more points before two years is up.
