Shipping policy

We dispatch orders daily and aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon the same day. However, sometimes this is not possible due to the volume of orders and the time the courier collects. As a general rule your order will be dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays. Please also note that we observe covid safety procedures when we dispatch orders.

New Zealand Delivery

Standard NZ Shipping is $6.50 nationwide, and orders with a value of $85 or more are shipped FREE with Standard delivery. Standard shipping is for delivery during business hours Monday to Friday only, and does not include Saturday or same-day delivery.

Rural Delivery in New Zealand is $12 for orders with a value under $85.

Australia Delivery

Standard Australian Shipping is $11 nationwide, and orders with a value of $85 or more are shipped FREE with Standard delivery.

Standard shipping is for delivery during business hours Monday to Friday only, and does not include Saturday or same-day delivery.

International Courier prices to Australia range from $25-$35 depending on your order weight - you can see these at checkout, and swap back to Standard if you prefer.

Global Delivery

We ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and to get an idea of the cost please use the estimator in the Cart page.
