Reformulated for high performance protection and glide-on application, our new natural mineral sunscreen uses an advanced mix of 100% natural sun filters – non-nano zinc and non-nano titanium dioxide – suspended in a rich skin moisturising blend of oils, waxes and shea butter, for a nearly invisible skin finish. A mineral sunscreen provides instant natural sun protection through a physical barrier on the skin, acting much faster than a chemical sunblock which must undergo a chemical reaction first.
We have made our natural sunscreen easy for women to use on their faces and under make up, so our natural sunblock can provide anti-aging protection for mums too.
An effective natural sunscreen is crucial for protection from the aging effect of UVA and UVB rays – which research suggests can cause 80% of all extrinsic ageing. The aging of our skin is influenced by intrinsic factors like time and genetics, but photoaging from ultraviolet light permanently damages the skin’s structure and accelerates the aging effect - and can also lead to skin cancer.
